Wandrz B.V. makes a platform for museum audio tours. This statement explains which personal data we use as a controller, why, for how long, and what rights you have.

Visiting an audio tour? Then the museum is the controller for your data, and we process it on the museum's behalf. For that, read the privacy notice in the tour or on the museum's website.

We do not sell personal data and do not make decisions about you that are taken solely by a computer. We only use data for advertising through Google, LinkedIn and Meta on wandrz.eu, and only if you consent to marketing cookies.

Parties that process data outside the European Economic Area do so on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission.
On wandrz.eu. The forms on wandrz.eu (Forminator) run on our own WordPress server at Rootnet. You book a demo or call through an embedded Cal.com calendar.
Advertising. Google, LinkedIn and Meta only receive these data from visitors to wandrz.eu who consent to marketing cookies. For collecting data on wandrz.eu and sending it to the platform, we and that platform are jointly responsible (joint controllers, Article 26 GDPR); what the platform then does with the data is its own responsibility. Each platform handles requests about the data it stores afterwards itself. We have recorded these arrangements with Meta Platforms Ireland in its Controller Addendum. Security
We protect data with measures that include encrypted connections. The website runs on servers in the Netherlands.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to have its processing restricted, to object, and to have your data transferred. If you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time, for example through the cookie settings at the bottom of the site. Which cookies wandrz.eu uses is set out in the cookie statement.
Send your request to hello@wandrz.eu. We reply within one month. We do not ask for a copy of your identity document; we may check that the request really comes from you, for example by replying to the email address you used to contact us.
