Every visitor hears the same story about your company
Guests, customers and new colleagues get the same explanation at every stop, in their own language. Your colleagues have time to spare for the questions that matter.
Tours without always needing a colleague to be free
Customers, suppliers, students, new colleagues: more people walk through your company than you think. A tour explains at every stop what you make, how the process works and what your company stands for.
Your colleagues no longer have to know the story by heart. They walk along to answer questions, or let a group go round at its own pace.
- The same explanation on every tour
- When you edit a text, every language follows automatically
- New colleagues listen as often as they like while they find their way around
Guests from abroad hear it in their own language
No interpreter and no English that only half gets through. Every guest gets the explanation in the language they understand best.
-
In more than 70 languages
A customer from Germany, a supplier from Poland, a new colleague from Spain: everyone chooses their own language.
-
Your specialist terms pronounced correctly
Product names, brand names and technical terms sound the way you say them, in every language.
-
Seeing where they can’t go
At a stop, you show photos or a video of a place guests don’t enter, such as a cleanroom.
-
Reading along in a noisy hall
If it’s loud by the machines, guests read along on their phone.
The tour comes in your own branding on your own web address, for example tour.yourcompany.com. Your guests see your brand, not ours.
Let your own people tell the story
For each stop and language, you choose: an AI voice or your own recording. Your director welcomes guests, an operator talks about their own machine.
Stops and languages without your own recording are narrated by a natural AI voice. So the whole tour is complete, even in languages nobody in your company speaks. More about voices and your own recordings
You decide who hears what
A factory isn’t a museum. Not everything is for everyone, and the rules on the floor apply to every guest.
-
The tour behind a code
You put the tour behind a code. That way only your guests hear the story.
-
Rules and route as ordinary stops
A stop at the entrance to the hall with the rules that apply there, and a stop along the way that tells guests where to go next. Every guest hears them in their own language.
-
Switch a stop off for a while
Is a line at a standstill or is there building work? Then you switch that stop off temporarily.
-
Preview first, then go live
You view everything on your own web address before it goes live. You can always go back to the previous version.
A stop about the rules doesn’t replace your own safety briefing. It does make sure every guest hears the rules in their own language.
Frequently asked questions
Can visitors use phones in our production area?
That differs from company to company. If phones aren’t allowed on the floor, guests listen to the stops beforehand in the reception area. Or you give them a company tablet or phone: the tour works in the browser, without an app.
Can we keep confidential areas private?
You put the tour behind a code, so only your guests can listen to it. Anything that isn’t meant for everyone, you leave out of the tour or switch off temporarily.
Can our own staff narrate the stops?
Yes. For each stop and language, you choose: an AI voice or your own recording. Your director for the welcome, for example, or an operator talking about their own machine.
Do guests need internet in the hall?
Yes. The tour streams the audio for each stop. That uses little data, so Wi-Fi or 4G is enough. If you have guest Wi-Fi, put the login details on the sign at the first stop.
