Where does the money from tours sold go?
Straight into your own Mollie account. You connect it once; we can also do that for you. Wandrz keeps a share of every tour sold. Your quote states how much.
Can I test ticket sales first?
Yes. With test payments, you try everything out before visitors really pay. Test sales don’t count in your overviews.
How do refunds work?
You refund a visitor from your dashboard, in full or in part. We refund our share of that sale proportionally. Everything appears in your monthly overview.
Can we sell a combined ticket that includes admission?
Yes, with Pro. Your ticketing or till system can then give access to the tour, together with admission too.
Can I switch between free and paid later?
Yes. You choose in your settings how visitors get in and a change works straight away.
