A tour is never finished. A new exhibition, an object that’s away for a while, a text that could be better: you sort it out yourself, whenever it suits you.

  • Your existing texts in one go

    Send your texts as a Word or CSV file and all your stops are ready. Or we put them in for you.

  • Show what the story is about

    Put photos right in the middle of a stop’s text. The caption appears in every language.

  • Temporary exhibitions

    You add a temporary exhibition to the tour as its own section, with a start and end date.

  • Switch a stop off for a while

    Is an object on loan or being restored? Switch the stop off temporarily. It’s kept until the object is back.

  • One change, every language

    When you edit a text, every language is updated automatically, with new audio. You don’t need us for that.

  • Comments from visitors

    Visitors can leave a comment at every stop; you see them all in one place.

Your first stops can be ready within a few hours. You decide when the tour goes live.

Questions about your tour

How many stops can I create?

As many as you like. Your museum has one tour and you add unlimited stops to it: rooms, objects and outdoor points. A temporary exhibition also gets its own section in it, with a start and end date.

Can I reuse existing texts?

Yes. Most organisations start with the texts from their labels, brochure or website. You put them into Wandrz in one go with a Word or CSV file, or we do it for you.

What happens if I change something after going live?

You edit the text and every language is updated automatically, with new audio. You view everything on your own address before it goes live and you can always go back to the previous version. Visitors don’t have to do anything.

How do visitors start the tour?

With a QR code at the entrance or at every stop, or by typing in the number on the label. You print the QR codes with the print sheets from Wandrz. You can also link from your own website, or use an NFC tag with the stop’s link.
